Stills and clips live in the same gallery, counted honestly against your plan. Short clips at launch — up to 2 minutes on Free, 10 on paid plans.
Your studio name and look greet the guests — not ours. Paid plans remove the "Powered by" line entirely; Studio and Pro add your own custom domain.
Open, PIN, or email gate — your call per gallery. Downloads in full original size, straight to the phone, and a download log so you can see who grabbed what.
Our rendering was built and checked the hard way to keep every skin tone rich and true — never pale, ashy, or washed out. Event crowds are everybody; your gallery should flatter everybody in it.
You upload from a phone at the venue; the family views on a phone that night. If it isn't great on a phone, it isn't done — that's a build rule here, not a slogan.
Honest by design
Free galleries live for 30 days — that rhythm fits a party. What we promise is you'll never be surprised by it:
A banner from day 21 and emails on days 21, 25 and 29. When a free gallery closes, a 7-day rescue window follows — upgrade and everything comes back exactly as it was.
Your galleries are yours. Download your work whenever you like — leaving is allowed to be easy. We'd rather earn the renewal than lock the door.
Hit your storage cap and uploads pause — that's all. Add a 25 GB block for $5/mo or step up a tier. Your existing galleries are never touched to make space.
On the way
These are in the plan, not in the box today — we'd rather label them honestly than sell you a roadmap as a feature.
Photos land in the live gallery seconds after you shoot them, guests buy the shots they love per picture — many small sales, tallied live — while the party is still going. It's live on iLumin8's own site today; PartyFrame tenants are next.
Clients order prints from your galleries; a partner lab fulfills; you are the merchant (Stripe Connect — we never touch card numbers). Commission: 15% on Free, 0% on every paid plan.
Right-sized web copies alongside originals, and one-tap whole-gallery ZIPs for the clients who still love a folder.
Launch pricing
Prices below are launch pricing with annual billing; month-to-month billing is +25%. Billing opens at launch through Stripe — joining the founding list today costs nothing and locks these prices in.
The plain-language promises: cancel in two clicks and keep paid features until your period ends. Annual plans are refunded in full within the first 14 days. If a payment fails, you get a 7-day grace period, then galleries freeze read-only — they never just vanish.
Video counts against both your storage and your video minutes, whichever reaches its limit first. Storage overage blocks (25 GB for $5/mo) are optional and non-refundable once used.
